The quality of the food definitely doesn’t justify the price, nice high end atmosphere but mediocre tastes at best.

We went for their 8 course tasting menu. Very good food. Awesome service!

Sublime. 6 stars if possible, for lunch / Sunday brunch, or dinner. The service is exceptional. Wine list is fantastic for French cuvées. Beautifully accommodating for vegetarians - much more so than other Boulud spots.Only downside is that the croissants are undercooked and stale - so it is perfect as a lunch or dinner place!

Wonderful brunch location. Service starts very strong and weakens as it goes (water and coffee refills were slow). Benedict is great as are pastries. French toast is simple and wonderful deep rich caramel and perfectly cooked. Smoked salmon and Bagel is very nice. Beautiful courtyard location sets apart, lovely.

Good experience for Jazz Brunch. It's an experience - once in a while is OK. Food was tasty, but a bit inconsistent (and to be honest, nothing 'too' special). Service was just OK, slow at times. But we still love Daniel Boulud and his restaurants; we're a big fan so we're still quite happy coming here.

I've eaten at thousands of restaurants across the city and this was the finest dining experience I've had in Montreal ever. We came for my friends birthday. The food was expertly prepared, but the service is really what made our night. Our glasses were always full, when I went to the washroom I left my napkin on the table and when I came back the waiter had re-folded it nicely and even covered my dish with a plate cover so it would stay warm. The waiter was nice and made small talk with us, asking us if were here for any special occasion so I just mentioned it was my friends birthday; at the end of the meal the waiter came back with a basket of madeleines without any instruction or request on my part. The food here was absolutely amazing. My wife and I came here for a little pre-birthday celebration. The waiter was absolutely helpful and very patient. He offered us suggestions which was really good. Food was exquisite. The ambiance was just perfect! Outside, they even had a little selfie camera station to take pictures to remember the night. I would definitely recommend and would come back again.

Had dinner here this weekend and drinks the next day at the bar. Found dinner service way too slow. My pasta dish looked like it was served in a broth. But it's still my favorite "luxury" bar in Montreal. Love their martinis.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing cuisine and great experience overall. Been here a few times, and you can’t go wrong. Service is impeccable, and attentive. I frequent this superb restaurant often as I enjoy the special air that is characterizes this restaurant. The personel is exceptionally welcoming and skilfull. The service is impressively rapid. Most important, the food they cook is great. I frequent many times and I was always delighted. The price is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Best place in Montreal for food, service, atmosphere & champagne

We had a late dinner here. It was lovely. Our server was delightful and had great suggestions. Our meal was very nice and the wine suggestions paired well. The restaurant also features one of our favourite artist’s works, which we greatly enjoyed seeing. The late night ambiance made for a very relaxing and romantic experience.

There’s no need to rate and review this place. The name speaks for itself! Best drinks and food in mtl. Sunday brunch is a must try!

On Tuesday night Aug 20, 2019, we , a group of 4 people, were at the Maison Boulud in Montreal, for our anniversary . And how a deception that we had with this standing restaurant about reception, and hospitality. A lady server , I don’ t want to name it here, treated us as we an call it very impolite Another remark : this is a high standing restaurant, but the table without table cloth!!!! Please improve your service and pay respect to your clients, because the final note is not cheap at all

We went here for my cousin's wedding. The food was amazing! Grilled octopus was delicious. Atmosphere inside and out was beautiful and calming. Would definitely go back again.

The interior design is wonderful, and so is the patio. My steak was very tender and juicy. Dessert was a chocolate fondant (from what I remember, it was over a month ago) and worth the try. Our waiter was also charming. Recommended for a special night out with the family.

Me and my family had an excellent brunch at Maison Boulud. We ordered the three meals course and it did not disappoint. The service was absolutely fantastic, with every dish and desert being served at the same time, with no major delays. If you stop by brunch make sure to order the Maddeleines, they really come freshly baked and are to die for.

Took a supplier there for lunch. We both had beef as a main course, I believe it was the steak. The meat was chewy and difficult to eat, similar to the meat one buys on sale at the Supermarket with the lowest expectations. My supplier barely touched his plate. We advised the waiter, he mentioned that they were aware of this issue with the meat but yet they still served it.

Great place but pricy and it’s worth the price

Incredible customer service, some of the best I've had 7/5.Food is great, overpriced, however a lot of thought is put in each dish. They lack a 6 or 8 oz steak, the one they currently have is mediocre at best, especially for the price point.

Great menu, great food and service at every visit. When clients come from out of town this is one of the places I take them. Highly recommend.

Their breakfast is worth waking up early, just love this place! The service never disappoints. Even in winter, you can sit near their garden and with their big windows you will have a nice view.

Maison Boulud, is a delectable French fine dining restaurant. The building at Maison is located downtown Sherbrooke next to the Ritz Carlton. The dishes were well prepared and very appealing. Personally they were full of flavour and richness, they were beyond expectations.

Great service and food. The inner-garden tables are the best in town. Plus if you valet a Tesla they will charge it for you which is a nice perk.

had the tasting menu, the cook of the food are perfect, the duct breast was better than the one i had in Toqué. everything works really well on the plate. my only complain is the lack of fansy high end ingredients. most things i had i can buy from local market, it doesnt feel that speical. when you paid 150 per person you expect something you dont see everyday, like bluefin tuna, wagyu or aged steak, carvia,truffle etc....overall, definetly one of best restaurants in montreal, but feel a little overpriced.

The food is good and the place is nice but I don't find it is worth the price. It attracts a crowd from the Ritz hotel it is attached to so prices match the clientele and the food is good but in Montreal it is far from the best especially at that price. The wine is notably pricey and the cocktails are just so-so, wouldn't be my first choice.
